Submitting Tickets

All MemberDev customers have access to submitting support tickets through this portal. Tickets are handled during business hours.

Ticket Priority

Ticket priority is given to our customers with current support plans.

  • Tickets with a support plan are typically responded to within 24 hours.
  • Tickets without a support plan are handled at our earliest convenience (sometimes multiple days).

Phone Support

Phone support is only included in Priority Support plans.  Startup plan customers will not have access to phone support.

Feature Requests

Feature requests that require additional development will be scoped and estimated for the customer.
